Hugo is the Director of Operations and Programme Delivery for Debate Mate Limited and has several years of experience creating, producing and delivering world class training programmes and events in the public, private and third sector. Hugo oversees Debate Mate’s corporate partnerships and training programmes, working with the team to deliver learning experiences with professionals all over the world, working extensively with clients in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and UAE.

Passionate about social mobility and upskilling young people, he mentored for three years on Debate Mate’s Core Programme in London while completing his undergraduate degree at UCL, before joining the office full time in 2017.
